Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh• In charge full circle of recruitment from defining suitable demands to building the talent pool and hiring
• Follow up, analyst and improve quality, effectiveness & performance of each step on hiring process
• Evaluate and screen potential candidates; support stakeholders in the hiring process.
• Develop online and offline channel to reach potential candidates and increase awareness of SKR recruitment brand
• Lead Ad-hoc projects of team. Instruct and mentor new employees or colleagues.
• Support HRBP Manager to provide specific insights/ solution to all Departments to support and ensure Compensational, Headcount budgets are aligned with the plans.
• Responsible for interview and selection for approved vacancies and onboarding management for new hires.
• Communicate needs proactively with HR Manager to develop integrated solutions to deliver value added service to all Departments.
• Support driving Employee Engagement activities effectively in collaboration with HR team & other departments to build the desired company culture.
• Support HR Manager to manage Performance Management process in Head office
• Handle other tasks required
• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with a fast-growth organization with competing priorities
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Strong candidate sourcing skills and abilities to attract passive candidates and build proactive pipelines through cold calling and networking
• Fluent in English
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• High level of initiative with a drive for results
