- Be the country Subject Matter Expert in all recruitment related topics.
- Partner with managers and HRBPs to identify and determine the knowledge, ability, skills, and other qualifications required.
- Ability to function as a talent advisor, and expert in sourcing and assessing great talent
- To review applications, conduct initial screening and interview scheduling.
- Placing job advertising on relevant recruiting platform.
- Participate, setup, and drive efforts for career fairs.
- Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract qualified candidates.
- Actively participate in TA / HR projects
- To provide timely and accurate recruitment reports and constantly seeking potential areas of improvement.
- Demonstrate a commitment to provide positive recruiting experience to job seekers.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to build a strong industry candidate pipeline.
- Maintaining attractiveness of career page site and ensuring contents are updated.
Ensuring recruitment processes are followed and compliant to organizational policies.
Talent development, Learning & Development Professional
- Undertakes qualification surveys and assessment programs to identify and analyse L&TD gaps and needs.
- Plans and implements measures to support succession planning for critical jobs and workforce planning.
- Plans and organizes training and management development programs, and designs individual or job group related short term and long term qualification measures.
- Monitors the quality and effectiveness of measures offered, and proposes program changes if necessary.
Apprenticeship management
- Organization of a dual system of education and professional practice of College students at the training centre and in production (elaboration and updating of the OV transfer plan)
- Control of pedagogical documentation - diary of records, thematic plans, health and safety records, records of students
- KPI evaluation, proposal of measures
- Communication with parents and students, resolving conflict situations
- Responsibility for drafting contracts governing employment relations with schools and pupils
- Cooperation in pupils' selection procedures for internship in society
- Assignment of senior students to instructors and their coordination in production
- Cooperation in extracurricular activities, marketing materials
- Responsibility for the economic use of the funds set and entrusted to him and compliance with the set KPIs and objectives
- Communication with schools and other state institutions
- Continuing education, participation in workshops within Schaeffler in order to streamline the concept of student education
- Experienced: 2-3 years experiences in relevant area
- Analytical thinking & skill is preferable.
- Well organized and detail-oriented, forward-thinking & insightful & persuasive, rapport attitude, especially honed people skills
- Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level

- Bachelor's degree required,
- Fluent written & spoken English
