1. Tenant Onboarding and Licensing
• Manage the tenant onboarding and licensing process, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
• Guide them through all regulatory and administrative requirements in preparation, application and achievement of necessary approvals and permits.
• Build up and maintain solid relationships with tenants as well as local government authorities.
2. Tenant Fit-Out
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide guidance, technical advice and support to tenant's fit-out and renovation process.
• Ensure tenant fit-out adhere to the guidelines and safety standards.
• Monitor the progress of tenant's fit-out projects and address their issues or concerns in a timely manner.
3. Tenant Operation and Engagement
• Address tenants' enquiries and requests in a timely manner in accordance with local regulations, organizational policies and service standards.
• Organize regular tenant engagement activities, such as networking events, training workshops, etc.
• Coordinate with the finance team and tenant to monitor and rand ensure timely rent payments and fee collections.
• Maintain updated knowledge of relevant renting legislation.
• Liaise and engage tenants on opportunities for expansion and contract renewal.
• Collect and analyze tenant feedback, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with various internal departments to handle relevant issues related to tenants.
• Communicate with appropriate authorities for pertinent issues involving tenants and building relationships.
5. Administrative Functions
• Regularly monitor and analyze tenant data, issues and other relevant documentation.
• Compile comprehensive reports and provide recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement and support sustainability initiatives.
• Oversee the daily operations of the management office (ISC) ensuring efficient administrative processes and procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Marketing.
• Bachelor/ Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese is an advantage.
• Based in Quang Ninh and willing to travel among company's projects.
• Experience with corporate clients in industrial is a competitive advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills. Positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
• Technically savvy and able to learn company-specific programs and software.
