Lead the creation and implementation of the vision, policies, and practices of the Sales processes for all business activities of company business: Trading (import/export), Franchising and Cafe, FMCG.
To plan, implement and deliver the Sales Strategy for the Region to ensure Corporate Targets for Revenue, and People Leadership are met.
Setting up professional management system.
Managing and developing business and to achieve sales target assigned by the CEO.
To identify and develop business opportunities for Trung Nguyen International ( TNI)
Understand key trends in the World market and positions TNI to profitably address appropriate opportunities.
To develop strategies of building brand name in targeted markets.
Establish a global strong distribution system.
Well manage business resources.
Develop the methods and reporting capability cross-functionally to establish accountability across the supply chain and the sales and marketing organizations.
Provide Senior Leaders with effective information to support decision-making that aligns the company’s product, demand, supply, and financial and strategic plans.
Demonstrable ability to motivate sales people to achieve exceptional performance by coaching, mentoring and other appropriate interventions.

Qualification: Degree in Business Management or related.
1. At least 7 years of experience in coffee industry or FMCG in International market.
2. 10 years’ sales & management experience.
3. Proven effective negotiation skills, determined and skilled negotiator
4. Proven team leadership skills, ability to lead and influence a team to achieve common goals.
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Email/Internet skills
Good written and spoken English
Excellent Presentation Skills
