    Department/Division: Cle de Peau Beaute Brand/ Retail

    Essential business activities expected from this position:

    Sales target (40%)

    - Implement and monitor key performance indicators for retail targets.

    - Lead sales activities (e.g private sales, private events, agents and ad-hoc activities) which is aligned with line manager.

    - Analyze customer insight through on counter visit and give inputs to Training Manager in designing dialogues for different customers group.

    - Analyze sales reports and seek for feedback from counters (PBS, CC) to propose measures to achieve sales target.

    - Supply and allocate products by weekly based on sales target and counter inventory

    - Give input to Marketing team in localized marketing initial plan to prepare for Season/Initial ordering, following Marketing brief of HQ directions.

    Human Resources Development (30%)

    - Follow-up & develop a yearly training & coaching calendar including new launches, new modules, staff's initial training, new products training, Service massage skill, Grooming, HSS, welcome in 14 days, service skills...to accomplish the organization’s goals.

    - Implement and monitor individual key performance indicators for direct reports and manage their performance to ensure team is performing on track.

    - Work closely with line manager and HRBP in developing direct reports (e.g. building development plans for high-performers)

    - Coordinate with Line manager in people related matters of direct reports (e.g. staffing, performance management, recognition & rewards.).

    Ensuring profits (5%)

    - Manage retail budget. Adjust if needed and find ways to optimize budget to achieve brand’s profits.

    - Do post review for sales activities and suggest how to improve

    - Manage stocks (FG & POSM) at counter effectively

    New Business Development (5%)

    - Identify business opportunities, and suggest improvement areas.

    - Lead corporate sales activities which is aligned with line manager

    Customers and other external relationships (5%)

    - Maintain quality relationships to external partners, agencies, VIP customers to understand, proactively take appropriate actions to market needs and provide win-win solutions to partners.

    - Be a role model in brand image and personality driven by grooming, attitudes and knowledge towards others internally and externally to inspire and drive people aspirational.

    Environmental and social responsibilities (5%)

    - Acts with integrity – honor commitments, take responsibility on decisions, and behave consistently.

    - Provide formal compliance trainings if needed to all employees and customers.

    Building organizational strength (5%)

    - Proactively collaborate with other team members in CPB brand and other departments to achieve common goals.

    - Assess brand or cross-functional working process and adjust where necessary to ensure that resources are appropriately utilized.

    - Preparations to organize training course/ class professionally to ensure brand image and positioning, as well as know-how expertise from Cle De Peau.

    - Execute annual BC contest program to strengthen BC skillsets for regional BC contest program (for HN).

    - Conduct weekly counter chief meetings, monthly BC's seminars and training programs in accordance with the annual training plan.

    Others (5%)

    - To execute ad-hoc operations or projects as requested by the Company

    - To take other assignments from line manager

    Requirements

    - University Degree or equivalent Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing.

    - Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in retail industry.

    - Well groomed and poised.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Good computer skill.
