* New product introduction, visibility material, promotional activities, internet web site.
- Coordination of production of print material related to new product introduction in close collaboration with international Nespresso Marketing.
- Coordination of production of all non-durable POS/sales materials.
- Development of best in class visibility material for Nespresso in B2B/HORECA area, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and HQ guidelines.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Ensure that Nespresso local website is up-to-date. Liaise with Regional Nespresso Marketing for matters related to the website.
- Execution and implementation of OP Plan agreed with Nespresso.
* Customer specific Marketing activities
- Assessment of needs for sales supporting activities in strong collaboration with commercial department.
- Implementation of the activities in strong collaboration with commercial department and the international B2B/B2C-Team.
- Manage development of customized visibility material with HQ approval.
* Customer lifecycle
- Planning and execution of all customer mailings (esp. coffee & machine mailings)
- Implementation and coordination of the Welcome Process following HQ recommendations
- Ensure that satisfaction survey is properly executed. Analyse survey and engage actions upon results
- Efficiency analysis of the different retention marketing activities.
* Fair and event management
- Organisation of national and local fairs and events in close cooperation with the commercial B2B department (sales team) and the external Partners (SSP).
- Ensure implementation of adequate marketing activities to generate best possible ROI.
* Miscellaneous & Budget Management
- Keep track of all Nespresso Marketing activities. Share best practices with Regional Nespresso Marketing.
- Permanent tracking and control of the Nespresso marketing budget compared with the OP targets and potential proposal of necessary corrective measures.
- Financial pre and post-evaluation and efficiency analysis of the different marketing activities
- University degree in Marketing / Online Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience at the similar position in FMCG, prefer candidates have experience in coffee machine
