The Aqua Sales & Account Manager/Vietnam is responsible for developing and executing sales goals and medium-term goals for Aquaculture product line with all customers account(s) that will drive significant business/financial impact and will maximize opportunities for the customer and within Vietnam. This includes building, developing, and maintaining internal/external customer/client relationships; researching and identifying customer’s needs to ultimately create and propose solutions. Work activities also include supporting supply chain activities, support and work with our service partner within the context of the business model, set up and follow field test, presenting/developing solutions recommendations, structuring, selling, and executing the sales/account contracts as well as setting targets and measuring results.

50% -

Achieve budgeted sales targets for Vietnam through maintaining and buiding relationships with our customers and prospects.

Develop and structure sales proposals (i.e. structure proposals for new, innovative solutions; across multiple functions) that represent maximum value optimization to customer and business.

Ensures that proposal addresses customer’s key issues, needs and requirements.

20% -

Execute the business plan / model in Vietnam. This includes working with and managing the sales relationship with our service provider and other Cargill businesses in the Vietnam for Aquaculture product line.

10% -

Provide support for customer service issues. Coordinate the use of company and service partner resources to provide value-added services, subject to review by supervisor.

Develop extensive market research about aquaculture feed player in Vietnam and define “who” should be our target customers.

10% -

Miscellaneous duties and personal/professional development as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications

4/5-year college/bachelors degree (as appropriate for country norms)
3 or more years sales experience in animal feed industry
Knowledge of the feed / aquaculture industry in Vietnam
Ability to understand and communicate technical data and information
Ability to present to groups
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills including fluency in English and Vietnamese
Willingness to travel minimum of 50-75%; including some international travel
Preferred Qualifications

Preferably 4-year or advanced degree in animal nutrition, agricultural, aquaculture and / or business
5 years or more in animal feed industry sales
Experience working with the leading feed manufactures in Vietnam
Experience in sales as a supplier with the aquaculture industry (production aquaculture/animal feed industry)
Experience working with product / service development teams
