Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh- Manage Distributor accounts and provide maximum support to prevent fall-out of qualification status, including setting goals, participating/ holding/attending strategy meetings and planning sessions of Distributors.
• Monitor goals set and provide necessary support to achieve these goals.
• Monitor Distributors account. Report status of the account including the interventions made to maximize retention and prevent qualification fall-out.
• Solve Distributors problems and concerns, carefully considering Distributors’ personal circumstances as well as the interests of the Company using the policies and procedures as a guide.
• Inform Distributors of the Policies and Procedures, Sales Compensation Plan, Automatic Re-Ordering Program, and all other programs and regulations which affect Distributors and remain updated on current information.
• Conduct, attend and facilitate important Distributor trainings and events as needed.
• Travel to various meetings and make presentations to large groups of Executives to represent the Company and conduct training sessions pertaining to Sales Compensation Plan, motivation and policies of the Company.
• Receive and properly handle incoming phone calls and written correspondence providing the best possible service to Distributors:
- Solve problems and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Build morale among the Distributor force by motivating and supporting
- Communicate updated information to Distributors
- Receive ideas and suggestions from Distributors, and convey that information to proper personnel within the department.
• Tracing and tracking inquires
- Resolve Distributor and Retail customer concerns for missing and damaged shipments
- Research and initiate shipment and reimbursement claims with current shipping agents
- Communicate with Distributors and Retail customers to respond to and resolve product returns inquiries and requests
• Resolve Distributor and Retail customer concerns regarding plausible Sales Order and refund calculation errors by Company with the help of Finance Department
• Resolve Distributor and Retail customer inquired relating to stop payments, overages/ shortages and reimbursement or charging modifications.
• Physical knowledge of and familiarity with products and sales aids with regards to affiliate availability, pricing, weights, shelf lives, lot numbers, usage and general ingredients.
• Any other job functions as assigned by Sales Manager.
- Age: 27 – 32
- Degree in Business Administration, Management qualification.
- Min 3-5 years relevant experience in management sales, particularly in retail or directly selling industry is preferred.
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- High sense of responsibility and reliable and good leadership
- Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
- Good at people skill and customer service
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
