Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh** Office administration services:
- Purchase office supplies and stationery not limit to preparing payment request, advance request, and clear advance request
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate person; answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to a relevant person
- Coordinate the distribution of incoming and outgoing emails
- Coordinate travel and lodging accommodation for staff and visitors
- Experience with reading contracts and ability to spot any errors or inconsistencies
- Coordinate the services of work permit, visa and resident cards for expatriates and foreign visitors
- Provide facilitation for new-hires entrance: parking, stationery, hotel reservation and air ticket for expatriate, etc.
- Liaise with the building management to maintain a good level of office services (air conditioning, power, hygiene, safety, etc.)
- Ability to translate spoken English and Vietnamese accurately, quickly and clearly.
** Office management:
- Manage and follow up office administration expenses
- Manage all office keys and cabinets
- Monitor, coordinate the maintenance of office equipment & assets;
** Great-Place-To-Work activities: Advise the management on changes/ solutions to improve the office management and enhance the working environment where necessary
** General HR matters:
- Make HR plan & yearly activities (headcount, salary range, recruitment, internal activity, training & development, etc),
- Manage, create and maintain:
+ The organizational chart, process, rules, forms, labor policies, etc.
+ The employee database in system, store all individual documents.
- Manage, overview and perform:
+ Recruitment (JD, recruitment information, candidate screening, interview, requisition...);
+ Introduction training for new hire + The evaluation and training activities arrangement;
+ Attendance and payroll;
+ Labor report;
+ Mandatory Social Insurance ; PIT
- Drafting all document and letter relating to HR task (appointment, contract, decision, revision, announcement…); - - Settle labor conflicts.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Attention to detail, organised, multi-tasks, work well under pressure, hard-working, work well in team and individual
- Willing to work overtime
