Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh• Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness.
Dealing with the complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills.
• Performance management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staffs; following up on work results.
• Learning and development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams. Design and conduct orientation training to welcome newcomers.
Coordinate specific training regarding soft skills and HR-related matters for HR and/or other departments; directly conduct specific topics as validated with Senior HR Manager.
• Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
• C&B: Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits, payroll and PIT to both confirmed staffs and expats based allowance.
• HR Practices: In conjunction with the Head of HR, ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Managing HR budgets
* Other tasks are assigned from time to time by the BOM.
- Knowledge of HR system and databases, in deep knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
- Performance Analysis – In deep knowledge of setting department’s OGSM based BSC and KPIs to staffs with good analysis on implementation of KPI.
- Understanding of Talent Management System and Organizational Development.
- Strong interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills, can communicate effectively at all levels.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- A minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, a minimum 04 years of experience in same roles.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
- Good both spoken and written English & native Vietnamese
