  • Build and manage the company’s Human Resource Department to support the company’s goals and mission through HR activities
  • Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resource staff.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems discreetly.

  • To review strategic HR policy, system, procedures, policies, regulations and develop qualified
  • workforce to align with company’s business plan
  • Provides a courteous and professional service at all times to maintain positive colleague

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisation Development, Law
  • Gender: Any
  • Age: 35 to 50 years old
  • Language: English Business level (Fluent is better)
  • Having working experience as a HR in any industries at least 10 years
  • Minimum 5-year experience working experience as Human Resource Generalist or Manager.
  • Havinggood problem solving administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organisational planning, recruitment, organisation development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development
  • Excellent teamwork and people skills
  • Leadership with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and guide HR Department staff members

- Working Time: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Friday)

- Monthly Salary: 4,000–6,000USD
