1) Sales Administration
• Maintain customer database and order processing
• Customs and import documentation
• Tender procedures and completion
2) Customer Service
• Check on customer order and answer customer enquiry
3) Accounting
• Basic account receivable
• Basic account payable - some payments for tax/expenses
4) Office Administration
• Establish and manage the administration and HR policies
• Office equipments and office rental
• Implement the logistic activities
• Responsible for handling admin tasks such as typing, translation, filing and others
• Administration all office and accounts matter
• Coordinate schedules and agenda for meetings.
• Assist manager in daily assignments.
• Control in-coming and out-going correspondence.
• Handle official documents and draft economic subcontracts withsubcontractor and supplier
• Prepare for administrative tasks
5) Secretary Support
• Flight arrangement and hotel reservation
• Bachelor Degree.
• Having experiences in tender documents, bidding packages
• Good knowledge in office operation, human resource management
• Having strong experiences in administration and financial
• Having experiences in public relations
• Proficient in English, both in oral and writing.
• Strong communication skills in English, especially interpretation andtranslation.
• At least 3 years experiences in administration and accounting.
• Good at Office PC skills.
• Open-minded, responsible and industrious.
• Bachelor Degree.
• Having experiences in tender documents, bidding packages
