Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies
- Constructing accurately Customer Porfolio and analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Updating the CRM data and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients
- Leading activity of Non buying activation during the year
- Build Customer Loyalty Program (Accumulate points, Classify cards, ..)
- Review and build new Customer Service / Post-sales policy, and participate in Canvassing Programs
- Lead Customer Satisfaction activity to evaluate each store's service level
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
- Examine Customers’ Behavior to determine customer development programs align with business strategy
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
