Coordinate with related department/persons to set up after sales service center operation policy
Coordinate with related department/persons to develop after sales service team and performance
Train, motivate, and lead after sales teams to achieve set objectives and targets
Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue
Direct and coordinate the customer service operation of a team to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
Summary company after sales service report
Interaction with all internal divisions (Sales, Marketing, Finance) of company.
Maintaining database of customers and interested parties
Other ad-hoc assignments and projects
Yêu cầu công việc
University degree, MBA degree is a plus.
Knowledge & Experience
3- 5 years after sales experience in the Automotive industry, including 2 years in the managerial level.
Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook
Good at strategic thinking, analyzing, forecasting, planning and managing.
Good at leading and organizational skills.
Mobile and flexible to travel
Drives continuous improvement
Computer skill (MS office)
Good at English.
