Mô tả công việc:

Be responsible for the annual training plan & execution and achievement of HVN Sales & Technical & Product Training, including planning, designing, budgeting, scheduling, organizing, delivering and managing.
Develop, maintain and follow the sales & product training processes to make sure they are followed by all trainers and targeted customers.
Directly and indirectly conduct the sales & product training courses to the targeted internal and external customers.
Coordinate with Category management team and other related team to organize the training courses delivered by our suppliers.
Provide daily managerial supervision and supports to all Trainers as direct reports.
Regularly evaluate Trainer performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Spend time to co-visit customers with sales team to deeper understand the business practice and the demand of training needed.
Attend various training seminars, workshops, courses as needed. Proactively exchange knowledge and experiences with other trainers for better results.
Provide timely feedbacks to supervisor regarding training demands, training activities, training effectiveness and further development plan if any.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
5 years professional experience in designing, developing and delivering B2C & B2B sales & product training in a corporate setting and 3+ years providing training support for large scale initiatives/ doing specification or/and project sales of building / construction / interior materials
Good understand at the project sales, project management, construction and real estate market
Great attention to detail, highly organized yet able to see the “big picture”
Ability to design, develop and deliver learning solutions.
Ability to develop, manage, and execute training plans and budgets.
Good command of English.
