    - Manage Store sales revenue, costs

    - Organize and manage Store operation activities

    - Set business goals and personal objectives to achieve the Store business goals

    - Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

    - Respond to customer complaints, queries and concerns in a professional manner

    - Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability

    - Recruiting, training, supervising and appraisal staff

    - Motivate the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff

    - Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits

    - Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so

    - Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations

    - Preparing promotional materials, displays and seminars

    - Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records

    - Monitor inventory levels and order products

    - Represent the Company in collaborating with local authorities to ensure the smooth operation of the store in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and local authorities’ guidelines, so that the Store can always contribute best to the prosperity of the communities

    - Store property and asset management

    Yêu cầu công việc

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred

    - At least 5 years of experience in retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.

    - Excellent communication skills

    - Strong leadership and customer management abilities

    - Proven track record of developing leaders and building high performing teams with a strong emphasis on the customer experience;

    - Good at time management and problems solving skills;

    - Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of business management processes

    - The ability to work in high-pressure situations

    - Excellent organizational skills
