Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh- Make the business plan, sales plan in short term, medium term and long term in order to get target of each year and widen the brand name of company to market.
- Implement the business plan of company.
- Collect, analyze and evaluate the market share information as well as the competitors, suggest the improvement plan to support director in making decision.
- Manage and supervise the sales team to get the target, train and develop the sales team to be professional, evaluate staffs.
- Have a plan to develop sales team, recruit, train & evaluate new staff.
- Monthly/yearly report on customer activities, sales volume.
- Proposing and conducting necessary actions based on analyzing reports.
- Find and make relationship with partners, customers for them to spec company's products in project.
- Establishes and maintains a strong and trusted relationships with customers and partners.
- Closes deals and supports the deployment team until customer acceptance.
- Solve customer's complaints.
- Report and be responsible of E&E fields to Director.
- Coordinate with manager/PIC of Company’s supplier to run marketing activities and sales effectively
- Organizing collection and evaluation of market information (customers, competitors…) to support director in making decision.
- Establish and deploy special sales activities to reduce products in stock;
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- University degree from Economics or Industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with technical solutions – minimum of 5 years prior experience
- Strong experience in selling E&E products
- Good background understanding and knowledge of E&E
- Experience in developing and presenting solution technical as part of pre-sales activities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Accept regular travels in the region and occasionally transcontinental.

- Very good communication and negotiation skills
