- Take charge of C&B group specializing in Payroll field
- Proceed Payroll calculation
- Proceed PIT declaration and finalization
- Forecast labor expense
- Proceed Periodical report
- Register salary scale, review company benefit policy
- Update Labor Law & related law
- Manage procedure of disciplinary, labor contract signing, performance evaluation, satisfaction survey,.....
- Control procedure supporting foreigner laborers (work permit, residence,.....)
- Lead team C&B to achive operation objectives

- Education: University
- Major: Not required
- Language: Japanese ~N3 or English (fluent) -> speaking is good
- Gender & Age: female From 26 to 34
- Experiences: Leader 3-4 team members
- Computing skills: MS Office Proficiency
- Soft skills: Leadership, Communication , Negotiation , teamwork
- Characteristics : Strong, decisive, change mind-set
- Others: Background in Manufacture company (500- 1000 staff)

■Salary in Gross & Net:
1. HR staff: 7-8M gross - Max 10 mil gross
2. C&B team leader: 14 mil gross (can nego)

■Working address: Lot no. I 1.3-N1, Saigon High-tech Park, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

■Working time : Mon - Sat ( 7h20 -16h50) . 2 Sat/ 1 month. Company limited OT, less than 10 hours / month
