    Mô tả công việc

    ■Job description
    - Corporate
    + Assure staff to follow the company regulations strictly
    + Report to Japan managers about company monthly's status
    + Make proposal for improvement of company process, invironment
    + Solve internal problems between staff
    + Make report and join yearly report meeting in Head quarter
    + Consult to Japan Manager about policy, legal rules...

    - General Affair
    + Deal with customers' visit.
    + Receive and answer phones from customers.
    + Check and order commodities, and purchase management.
    + Check and manage company equipments.
    + Organize company events.
    + Book hotel/ plane ticket and do visa application procedues for Japanese and Vietnamese staffs.
    + Maintain/purchase office equipments.
    + Make libraries to manage employees information
    + Write company blog articles, manage company blog page and company website.

    -Human Resources
    + Check payroll and Social insurance amount made by Accounting firm
    + Make libraries to manage employees information
    + Create and manage labor contracts of employees
    + Support recruitment
    -Join recruitment interview

    -Arrange, book interview schedules and contact candidates for interviews.
    + Labor report
    -Make labor report every six months and submit to the Labor office.
    -Translation
    + Translate documents related to Administration department.

    - Some tasks related to Accounting

    Yêu cầu công việc

    MUST:
    - Female, age from 35 - 50 years old
    - Education: Bachelor Degree in related field (Accounting, Banking, Economics, Science and Humanity Society etc.)
    - Experience: At least 3 years experience as Admin Manager and has working experience in IT company.
    - Language : Japanese N2~ (communicate internal & client) & English (Intermediate Level) - Use translate document for Group.
