    Mô tả công việc

    I. Objectives

    - Lead all HR activities including compensation & benefits, recruitment, employee performance

    KPIs, reward, and training for the whole group.

    - Translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned

    to business objectives.

    - Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.

    II. Key Responsibilities

    1. HR Budget Plan & Management:

    - Analyze and manage all HR related expenses, align human capital expenditures to the approved

    budget.

    - Conduct weekly /quarterly/ annual HR reports and HR budget/ action plan for next reporting

    cycles.

    - Develop and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbook

    - Manage internal communication channels and content.

    - Initiate and maintain employee services such as HR personnel’s training & development, staff

    support program, employee relations, and grievance management, etc.

    - Keep all HR related regulations, policies, code of conducts, and other materials up to date.

    2. Talent Acquisition:

    - Work with development managers to understand future hiring needs to develop talent

    acquisition strategies and headcount plans.

    - Build efficient recruitment approaches to source, hunt and develop a network of candidates.

    - Implement and manage the recruitment process: post job, screen resumes, schedule interviews,

    input database, evaluate candidates, generate offer letters.

    3. Compensation & Benefits Management:

    - Accountable for the overall management of all administration associated with Human Resource

    Management including but not limited to: timely and accurate payroll, contract management;

    social/medical insurance enrollment/claims; personal income tax monthly/yearly

    declaration/finalization, employee file maintenance.

    4. Reward & Remuneration

    - Support CEO with the Salary Review Process, guidelines and ensure reasonable market-rate

    salary to employees.

    - Identify issues that the company needs to address in its human capital strategy

    - Ensure salary reviews are completed on time / on budget, unbiasedly, and consistently across

    subsidiaries/ teams.

    - Manage deemed salary reviews as appropriate.

    5. Labor Relationship:

    - Grow a corporate culture of openness, care, talent nourishment, transparency.

    Must-haves:

    - Education: University Degree, Major in Human Resources, or in related fields

    - Industry experience: 5+ years experienced in HR, 3+ year at manager level, experience in

    recruiting technical talent at an IT company.

    - Japanese language skill: N2 level or more

    - Good analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skill

    * Have is plus:

    - Having experience working in a Startup environment is an advantage

    - Having experience working in a large scale IT company is an advantage

    - Leadership skills: Good team management skill, have a mindset to grow others

    - Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace challenges, performs under pressure

    - Hands-on approaches to issues

    - Technical Skills: Good at MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
