Quality Controller

To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are looking for a highly motivated Quality Controller to assist and provide the best support to the team.
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang, District 7, Ho Chi Minh;
- Working time : 7.00 AM – 4.00 PM, Monday – Friday.
The QC will work closely with various stakeholders, including Sales Team, Merchandiser to quote, develop new products under Operations Team Leader’s supervision. This role requires advanced experience in conducting Quality Control and providing QC coordination/solutions. The candidate must be able to work independently and prioritize job duties.
Scope of work includes:
- Prepare inspection itinerary upon receipt of inspection schedule from the merchandiser.
- Communication processes between merchandisers and inspectors (ensuring the capture of order specific information).
- Set up and monitoring of inspection protocols.
- Training and compliance of communication between merchandisers and inspectors.
- Auditing and control of inspector performance.
- Update the order/product list to the QA team and arrange the tests if required
- Work closely with the QA team for the factory audit, safety documents prepared etc.
- Conducting inspections when required.
- Recording and dissemination of inspection results for continual improvement.

- Strong education background in Business Administration, Economic, Import/export or relevant fields;
- Have at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
- Be a great communicator in English and good at task management;
- Have skills of planning time management, organizational, multi-tasking skills & basic skills of office software usage;
- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
