[Q5-HCM] Digital Marketing

Responsible for setting up campaigns, monitoring and reporting the results of advertising channels to ensure it is regularly monitored, analyzed and optimized to improve campaign effectiveness.

"1. Run ads for multi-channel including: TikTok, Google, Email marketing, Apple Search Ads, etc.
2. Run, track and optimize advertising campaigns.
3. Monitor and report channel's performance daily.
4. Analyze campaign results and suggest solution to improve ad performance.
5. Research and update new technologies, algorithms and tricks of channels.
6. Collaborate with Brand team and Design team to ensure advertising effectiveness"

"* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Digital Media).
* At least 1 year experience in Digital Marketing.
* Analytical, strong ability to draw insights from traffic and campaign trends and develop effective tactics.
* Understanding of the digital disciplines (digital creative, platforms and operations, digital media, social media, and measurement).
* Ability to create advertising content (Title, description ...).
* Flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively.
* Can-do attitude.
* Proficient in English written and verbal communication."

■Salary in NET/gross : 8-15 tr gross

■Working time: Thời gian làm việc: 8h30-5h30 từ t2-t6. k OT
