• When participating in Grooo, you will be actively involved in the core system project related to fintech with partner and stakeholders.
• Work with vendor and client, make sure that we understand their needs and Project status.
• Analyze the requirement with end user and vendor to define the project scope and their expectation.
• Establish and manage project schedules and detailed work plans to ensure that all parties stay on track with project requirements, deliverables, timeline, budget and programs;
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Provide reports, clear updates on the development of projects, know how to describe issues and necessary actions to stakeholders;
• Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
• Highly organized and excellent time management ability
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related. PMP or an equivalent Agile (SCRUM, LeSS) certification would be considered an asset
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role, good knowledge in core banking/finance/loan/insurance system is an advantage
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both Vietnamese and English.
• Familiar with MS Project, JIRA/Confluence for dashboards, boards configuration, burndown, and similar tools
• Having experience in managing projects related to Finance-Banking is a plus
• Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
