Mô tả công việc
Ø Develop new business network by using multiple channels.
Ø Cooperate with industry groups, functional groups and associations as contributors to the overall success of each show.
Ø Create an open line of communication with exhibitors, prospects, attendees, association, consultants and vendors.
Ø Maintain awareness of industry trends, climate, players, distribution and issues.
Ø Develop sales leads and maintain exhibitor prospect list.
Ø Obtain signed contracts and payments in full.
Ø Assist in consolidation of floor plan, participate in floor plan audits
Ø Act as primary contact for all exhibitor inquiries/problems.
Ø Prepare accurate and timely reports
Ø Assist in proof reading of directory.
Ø Coordinate special show features.
Ø Prepare and implement sales plan to meet budget.
Ø Prepare and present sales proposals to exhibitor prospects
This position reports to Project Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
Ø Strong communication and negotiation in both Vietnamese and English (other languages are plus)
Ø Sales oriented, strong client service.
Ø Knowledge of specific assigned industry is a plus.
Ø Computer literacy is a pre-requisite.
Ø Travelling will be required.
