    1. Operations Admin:

    • Coordinate meeting schedules, book and prepare meeting rooms.
    • Ensure accuracy in payment for business expense claims.
    • Manage and report taxi card usage.
    • Control and process monthly payments for operations expenses (e.g., stationery, drinking water, courier, utilities).
    • Ensure accurate and timely payment of store operations expenses.
    • Prepare equipment for new store openings and guide store teams on payment processes.
    • Act as the main point of contact for internet and store tracking issues, coordinating with other departments.
    • Conduct weekly store visits to review performance and provide timely support for optimal operations.

    2. Supporting Tasks:

    • Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
    • Handle any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    Relevant Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles, ideally in retail.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

    Competency: (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)

    • Technical:Knowledge of expense management and payment processes; proficiency in tracking and managing operational expenses.
    • Operational:Ability to coordinate meetings, manage administrative duties, and ensure smooth store operations through regular reviews and visits.
    • Managerial:Basic leadership skills to manage tasks and ensure smooth operations for store support and administrative tasks.
    • Human & Cultural:Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments and with store teams.
