Operation/Business Application Support Intern

Position: Operations Engineer Intern/Application Support intern

Working Location: 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Ward 9, Dist 5, HCMC

What you will do:

The Operations Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and eicient operation of our systems. You will be responsible for supporting operational activities during system integration, monitoring the system post-integration, and collaborating with external vendors to resolve technical issues.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operations Support:

• Proactively monitor key merchant accounts for issues related to order initiation, payments, and Fundiin visibility across merchant sites.
• Collaborate with merchants to troubleshoot transaction discrepancies by analyzing logs.
• Manage and implement payment configurations as needed.
• Partner with Technical and Operations teams to quickly resolve product-related issues.
• Analyze operational data to proactively identify and address potential system problems.

System Monitoring and Management:

• Continuously monitor system health to detect and proactively address potential issues.
• Utilize monitoring and management tools to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Efficiently respond to and resolve system incidents to minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve network performance bottlenecks.
