Ensure connection between operation and marketing, training, logistics functions; supervise the joint work of monthly and initial ordering for merchandised goods,
promotional items, and counter tools.
Recruit, train, coach and build skillful operation team.
Stock management: ordering, forecasting, ensure inventory accuracy
Improve and manage stores’ P&L & implement expenses’ efficiency.
Customer follow up: review Customer Service system for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.
Constructively handle and supervise the handling of all customer complaints related to products and services.
