Night Shift Medical Contact Center Agent – | 14M Salary

1. Inbound Call Duties

• Receive incoming calls from patients to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments following established procedures.

• Provide preliminary test results to patients based on approved scripts (no consultation required).

• Verify and accurately update patient information in the system.

2. Outbound Call Duties

• Proactively contact patients to confirm or remind them of upcoming appointments.

• Make outbound calls to deliver test results and communicate preliminary findings according to prepared scripts.

• Document patient feedback, update records, and report any special or unexpected cases.

3. Additional Responsibilities

• Comply with all call procedures, scripts, and data privacy regulations.

• Work collaboratively with relevant departments to resolve special cases when needed.

• Maintain high call quality, demonstrate professionalism, and meet performance KPIs.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.

• Experience in call center, customer service, or healthcare support is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.

• Ability to handle high call volume and multitask efficiently.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems.

• Ability to work night shifts and maintain reliability.
