Mô tả công việc

- Welcome guest, act as a receptionist.

- Maintain the office in good conditions and best working environment.

- Purchasing essential thing for office if required.

- Manage office supplies as ordering stationery, ink, water....; manage incoming/outgoing mails and filing system, soft and hard copies.

- Translate documents.

- Support to organize office's event, team trip, etc.

- Source office supplies/services.

- Booking Hotel, Air tickets, visa for employees (and client if any).

- To handle contract of the leased apartments.

- To handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Payroll, Annual Leave tracking & other HR matters.

- Other Administrative affairs may be assigned.
