- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction as per IT request form. MonITor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- To implement IT securITy as per IT Policy. Modify configurations, utilITies, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
- To troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems related to operating systems, hardware and software, network, CCTV system and telephone operation.
- Assist wITh termination and resignation of users to new users (deactivation of email and etc as per checklist)
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software. Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory to server as per request from IT Manager
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent majors.
- Good command of English is a must
- 1-2 years experience at relevant posITions. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Enthusiastic, good organized & communication skills wITh good willing to learn.
