Full life-cycle of recruitment.
Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in the market.
Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future project demands
Attract highly qualified candidates by continually running attractive job advertisements on job boards, Facebook, Linked-in, and other media outlets
Qualify and pipeline candidates through recruiting calls – screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, technical skills and salary requirements
Cold calling, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications.
Other tasks as assigned
Male, 1-3 years of recruiting experience in Executive Search Firms or Wholesale Distribution ones will be preferred
Proficiency with online communications, search engines and career websites
Required skill(s): Searching Skills, Interview Skills, Negotiating Skills, Communication Skills.
Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques is preferred
Ability to generate database from your own contacts.
Able to work independently, yet a team-oriented player would be an added advantage
