Mô tả công việc

• Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Administer Placement Tests and Demo lessons according to Atlantic policy & procedures.
• Coordinate to produce and distribute middle and end-of-term assessment reports and certificates.
• Get course evaluation from students and make report to managers.
• Develop relationships with customer to maximize referral and renewal opportunities.
• Take excellent care of all internal and external customers.
• Support the overall operation of the center.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree
- Experienced in Sales/Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset, results-driven and striving for work excellent
- High moral ethics and professional work place behavior
- Good command of both Vietnamese and English
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Work 5,5 days per week and work in shift.
