Confirm uplift of all outbound movements;
Confirm arrival of all inbound movements;
Confirm recovery of all inbound movements;
Report service incidents 30 minutes delay or more;
Confirm the status of every shipment within 30 minutes of specified time
Update QSMS with the root cause and action taken for any shipment delayed at facility
Update OURS with incidents on reasons of incident occur, transit time impact and corrective action taken to minimise transit time impact
Generate Recap reports on network flights movement.
Proactive monitoring of QCC systems, including the identification of root causes for shipments that are not processed within agreed specified time
Update the QSMS system with reason codes and contingency plans for individual shipments
Provide instructions to Ops should there be request from origin or destination station on exception handling, such as RTO, Service Change
Provide instructions to Ops should there be an activation of contingency plan.
Update of SCL for shipments that are intercepted;
Identify and action exception handling according to exception handling procedures;
Follow up on shipment issues inclusive of DG handling until resolution;
Action on inbound alerts and transmit the information to the relevant parties.
Obtain recovery status of shipment when UAS identifies a discrepancy.
Timely and accurate response to all requests from Network.
Excellent Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Goog Communication skills (English), spoken and written
