Mechanical & Electrical Design Engineer (Hoan Kiem , Hanoi) (25737)

Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with our team in the execution of tenancy coordination in through all stages of a project.
• Tenancy coordination Designer must be able to do coordination with all relevant parties, understanding all interior drawings, technical drawings, construction drawings, submission (Authority drawings), to have basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical system.
• General practice of site supervision, management of schedule.
• Review of drawings submitted by Tenant
• Working closely with tenants during the project. To contact, explain, and instruct tenants to follow the regulations and standards of the landlord
• To hold the meeting with tenants and related parties to solve the issue if any.
• Conduct inspection together with Mall management teams, tenants and advise for any defects or items to be rectified
• Preparation of all documents including application form, schedule, check-sheet, report form.

- Bachelor of Construction Management, Mechanical, Elctrical or Architecture.
- English: At least Intermediate level or Japanese at least N3 level
- Having at least 3 years experience in perform mechanical and electrical design or review ME design for construction project
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS office.
- Strong personal organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on high profile projects.
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Coordination and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent.
- Excellent communication skills: spoken, graphic, and written.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage one’s own time. Being self-starter, proactive, ability to learn and result-oriented.
- Flexibility, diligence, reliability and responsibility are a must.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Having ability to manage the assigned works to meet the required deadline strictly.
- Experienced in interior design & fit-out works is preferred.
