Mô tả công việc:

  • Take part in planning and organizing marketing events such as Club V parties, anniversaries, staff events, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, gifts, and internal collaboration.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, etc...) for generating creative ideas, planning, content writing, image editing to improve work efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and AI applications in marketing.
  • Collaborate with designers and vendors to create and distribute promotional materials, both online and offline.
  • Manage social media and website content to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare summary reports for management.
  • Assist with other marketing tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, especially in event planning and execution.
  • Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, Notion AI) to support and enhance work efficiency.
  • Understanding of AI-driven marketing strategies and their practical applications.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive mindset, and availability to respond promptly during working hours.
  • Creative, trend-sensitive, responsible, and proactive.
  • Good command of English (both written and verbal).
