1. Develop and execute marketing strategies
-Develop long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business direction.
-Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
-Plan and supervise advertising, communication, and trade promotion campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
2. Brand management
-Position and enhance the value of Hanoi Milk’s brand in both domestic and international markets.
-Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
-Develop new products based on market demand in coordination with the R& and production departments.
3. Marketing team management
-Recruit, train, and manage the marketing team to ensure performance and engagement.
-Build a creative working culture that encourages innovation and collaboration within the team.
-Allocate resources effectively to optimize the results of marketing campaigns.
4. Budget management and performance measurement
-Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
-Evaluate the ROI (Return on Investment) of campaigns and propose improvements.
5. Cross-department collaboration
-Collaborate with business, production, and finance departments to ensure marketing strategies support the company’s overall objectives.
-Participate in senior-level strategic meetings and contribute ideas to the company’s development direction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields from Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, University of Commerce, or Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing at a senior management level (Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or equivalent).
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to assess markets and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to work under high pressure.
- English: Intermediate level
