    *** Marketing Associate: 70%

    • Marketing Associate will implement the brand plans successfully, works with CBL & Cross functional teams to analyze performance of brand and competitors.
    • Gain their advocacy for the products.
    • He/she will be responsible for Submit comprehensive monthly reports to CM on time.
    • The position is responsible for organize promotional activities and prepare promotional materials accordingly to the approved plan.
    • The position collaborates with cross-functional brand teams and critical business partners to develop and execute national strategies and tactics for the portfolio and potential co-promotions with partners

    *** Tender Executive: 30%

    • The position collaborates to review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
    • Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
    • Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirement

    *** Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop marketing plan, cycle action plan/ communication plan for the assigned products & co-operates with field force to implement it successfully.
    • Build close working relationship with at least 10 Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional associations, assist in the execution of KOLs and HCPs marketing initiatives and new product launches
    • Assists in development of marketing plan to achieve annual sales and profit objectives. Forecasting with CBL to update sales forecast on monthly basis
    • PREVENAR 13 Materials are well prepared, activities are conducted with high quality, coordinate the development and implementation of advertising and promotional tactics, assist in the development of customer marketing initiatives including digital marketing.
    • Work with cross functional teams to develop PREVENAR 13 sales communication and customer specific marketing
    • Preparation PREVENAR 13 hospitals tender dossier (technical documents, mark table…)
    • Handover all Prevenar 13 tender documents to distributor (Zuellig), follow up with distributor to make sure all dossiers are submitted to hospital as their requirement.
    • Update tender result after get data from distributor.
    • Day to day dealing with internal team, Zuellig and the hospitals/ PMCs for the updates and queries regarding Tenders

    *** Person Specification:
    • Open to graduate from Marketing and/or Pharmacist University degree discipline. The candidates graduated the oversea business/ pharmacist universities as the competitive advantage point.
    • Experience working in Pharmaceutical Representative Offices
    • Fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
    • Presentable with a positive attitude and pleasant personality
    • Willingness to put in long hours of work and achieve planned objectives
    • Creative thinking, planning and execution of multiple tasks, projects.
    • Demonstrated capabilities and traits for career path agility to progress to other key roles
    • To take part in the launching a pharmaceutical brand in Vietnam will be an added advantage
