Mô tả công việc

- Carry out Payment tasks (raising PR, PO, invoice processing,…)

- Support paperwork related to marketing/brand team

- Follow up & supervise production quality of Marketing suppliers/agencies (material/color proof for POSM production under events/activation/channels)

- Supervise events/brand Activation execution from suppliers/agencies to ensure committed qualities/quantities under guidance of Brand team

- Other assigned administrative tasks by Brand team to support the OTIF delivery of executions

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: BS Degree in business administration or related field

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the similiar position

- Skills:

+ Passionate, detail-oriented and proactive at work

+ Possess good time management skills & multitasking skills
