1. Workforce recruitment planning
- Understand deeply the actual organizational structure of all departments in the company as well as the
headcount of each department.
- Liaise with Hiring Managers for annual recruitment plan.
- Control headcount recruitment plan approved by the BOM/BOD.
2. Recruitment and selection
- Communicate with Hiring Managers to get an overview on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Define job descriptions and job specifications.
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Study and propose suitable social media for effective sourcing.
- Standardize effective job advertisements to attract candidates.
- Influence headhunting services to support in getting the right candidates for vacancies of managerial
positions in time-effective manner.
- Present shortlisted candidates with profile summaries.
- Conduct interviews.
- Build a set of interview questions matching with recruitment criteria for any vacancies.
- Follow-up reference checks.
- Conduct research about competitors’ hiring and labour market.
- Evaluate and improve recruitment measures, approaches to potential candidates for optimal
effectiveness.
- Formulate/ update recruitment policy, work processes for effectiveness.
- Give recruitment support/ guide subsidiaries on recruitment processes and practices, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.
3. Recruitment budget management
- Manage and analyze recruitment expenses and effectiveness periodically: recruitment channels,
recruitment costs, recruitment speed, turnover data, employer branding, etc.
- Analyze recruitment websites and make relevant proposals for improvement.
4. Team management and leadership
- Be responsible for managing and guiding recruitment team to perform all tasks work.
- Build a motivated and high performing recruitment team.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Laws, or relevant majors.
- 8 years of experience in HR role and 5 years of experience as Recruitment/Talent
Acquisition Manager/Senior Supervisor.
- Male is preferable.
- Good at English 4 skills.
- Strong HR related legislation knowledge.
- Knowledge of strategic HRM and best HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment operational procedures.
- A high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
