Maintenance Technician (Kỹ Thuật Viên Bảo Trì)

1. Monitoring, Updating, & Maintenance of the Production tools, equipment and machines.

• Checking all tools equipment and machines at in-house production work area and confirm that conditions are in working order.
• Carried out tooling, machine maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform tooling & machine setup for production runs.
• Perform tooling troubleshooting during tooling breakdowns.
• Support the tooling team to carry out tooling debugging and prepare process procedure for new part(s) when the need arises.
• Maintain the entire tooling, equipment and machines history list for ISO reference.
• Perform pocket machine, punch station, & chillers preventative maintenance.

2. Special projects when and where instructed.

3. Train new operators for knowledge of setting up / using / maintenance tool, equipment, machines in production area

4. Adheres to company's Quality Principles and actions.

5. Any other job is related duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor degree (from technical majors: electrical, mechanical or mechatronics)
• From 1 year of working experience in the same role, maintenance experience in manufacturing/production/factories are highly required
• Fluent English is highly preferred (can read, write and understand technical documents. Ability to speak and understand English well)
• Can use Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Understand technical blueprints/drawings
• Detailed oriented and concerned with timely handling of requests.
• Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts/8 hours) - is a MUST
