Leasing Intern

• Working as guidance of Head of Commercial Leasing to ensure all documents relating to the Commercial project are well prepared and managed in accordance with company profile and procedures.
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients using provided scripts to invite them to project events and gather initial interest.
• Assist in implementing marketing activities for Commercial projects as instructed by the line manager such as preparing simple content, preparing marketing posting, data input, supporting campaigns.
• Attend training courses as required.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in commercial and residential leasing and the real estate market.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of leasing processes and real estate terminology is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collect, update, and manage property and leasing data accurately.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written); Vietnamese fluency is required.
