- Conduct soft skill training for TMs as per TM / Department learning needs
- Collaborate with Content Development team to develop curriculum and training contents
- Teach IMPACTIVA's Technicians according to IMPACTIVA inspection manuals (+100 pages)
- Must be capable of learning and delivering very rigorous P&Ps
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, defining and implementing IMPACTIVA's TM (Team Member) support functions' training
- Will be responsible for generating his/her own reports (seminar delivery, review of technical reports) using a laptop
- Will be responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with all team members

* Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing a Learning Department (Professor / Guest Lecturer / Faculty / Hiring / training teachers, decide class schedules, managing dept. KPIs)
- University Degree / Technical qualification
- Basic knowledge on E-learning and LMS (Learning Management System)

- Self-confidence to work outside their home city and country as per business needs
- Self-confidence to withstand pressures from nervous suppliers

- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong influencing skill to brain wash new TM with IMPACTIVA P&Ps and discipline
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good skill of PC (Windows, Outlook, Excel)

- Travel: As per business needs
- Commitment: 3-year contract / 2 year non-compete and confidentiality contract
- Probationary Period: 6 months
