Labor Safety Officer (Nhân Viên An Toàn Lao Động)

1. Safety Planning & Inspections:
- Develop and implement annual health & safety programs, including training and inspections across all stores.
- Coordinate with Academy and Admin for legal compliance training.
- Conduct routine safety checks and follow up on corrective actions via safety committee meetings.
- Support 5S activities and promote workplace improvements.
- Perform regular store inspections (weekly/monthly), including pandemic prevention checks.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and follow up on preventive measures.

2. Accident & Incident Prevention:
- Analyze internal safety data and report to management.
- Support accident investigations using root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Review and update risk assessments after incidents and identify secondary risks.
- Monitor follow-up actions from investigation conclusions with related departments.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Procedures:
- Update and guide stores on new labor safety laws and AJP/legal requirements.
- Review and revise internal safety procedures based on legal changes.
- Supervise and remind staff to comply with company rules and safety regulations.

4. Other Duties:
- Prepare and submit quarterly and yearly reports to government authorities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Deputy Manager or HRM.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Law is preferred)
• About 1 to 2 years experience in Labor Safety, HSE, Employee Relation field (Fresher is acceptable)
• Knowledgeable about legal regulations related to Human Resources, Labor Safety, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
• Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
• Good communication, problem solving & presentation skill
• Open mindset and analytical skills.
