1. Mô tả công việc:

• Chịu trách nhiệm duy trì hoạt động hàng ngày, đảm bảo độ an toàn và hoạt động tin cậy cho máy móc thiết bị khu vực đóng gói.

• Sửa chữa máy móc thiết bị - sửa chữa tại chỗ hoặc bảo đảm việc chuyển về cho nhà cung cấp.

• Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa cho máy móc thiết bị theo lịch trình đã thiết lập.

• Hỗ trợ thay đổi ca sản xuất và vận hành thiết bị sản xuất.

• Hợp tác với các nhân viên bảo trì, kỹ thuật và vận hành khác.

• Báo cáo thông tin sửa chữa và lỗi cho giám sát và tạo hồ sơ về tình trạng hoặc các sửa chữa đã thực hiện.

• Chuẩn bị tài liệu cơ khí và hợp tác về diễn giải quy trình.

• Hỗ trợ lắp đặt hệ thống dây chuyền máy móc.

2. Yêu cầu:

• Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp nghề, Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học.

• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm Bảo trì máy móc thiết bị.

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, cộng tác, làm việc nhóm, có thái độ chủ động trong công việc, đạo đức cá nhân và nghề nghiệp.

• Có khả năng đọc và hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật cơ bản, tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng bằng tiếng Anh.

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể đọc và hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh ở mức cơ bản

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and reliable operation of packing production equipment daily.

• Repair and troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, conveyor systems, robotic and PLC-driven equipment.

• Evaluate machinery for effective operation.

• Execute preventive maintenance as scheduled.

• Support production changeovers and equipment operation.

• Collaborate with maintenance personnel, engineers, and operators.

• Report repairs and faults to supervisors and maintain records.

• Prepare mechanical documentation and process descriptions.

• Support installation of new lines.

• Draft analysis reports for breakdowns over 60 minutes and use Power BI for data analysis.

• Offer and implement solutions using PDCA, share technical knowledge.

• Train technicians and operators in technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

• Execute special projects and assignments.

This position is responsibility to support the Operation with safety and reliability in execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance of the production equipment to fulfill the high flexibility of demand from customers.

Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma, vocational school, college, or university degree.

• Minimum 2 years of equipment maintenance experience.

• Knowledge of equipment, tools, and materials in assigned area.

• Familiarity with applicable practices, methods, and procedures.

• Experience with problem-solving and PDCA.

• Strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, teamwork, proactive service attitude, personal and professional ethics.

• Ability to read and understand basic technical datasheets and manuals in English.
