Kỹ Sư Cấp Cao - Dân Dụng Và Kiến Trúc (Senior Engineer - Civil & Architectural)

We are recruiting Candidates as Senior Engineer (Civil & Architectural)
The successful candidates will carry out Civil & Architectural (Building) engineering related to Industrial Plant such as Energy from Waste (EfW) Plant as below described:
+ Implement and to be mainly in charge of the design work including Structural calculation, Detail Design Drawing for steel structure, concrete structure, building and others related to Civil and Building works.
+Review / Check the design work before issuing to Client, Subcontractors.
+ Check / review Design Drawing and other related Documents (Specification, construction methodology, …) prepared by our Company or Sub Contractor with Loading data from other Departments (Piping Dept., Mechanical Dept.,…) and other related material (Local regulation, standard,…)

+ Review & Estimate Vendor Capability as the whole aspect (drawing preparation, specification, Fabrication procedure, construction methodology, etc.) for the possibility of cooperation.
+ Site Supervising at Construction Site of EfW Plant (Domestic and Oversee projects)
+ Inspect the product quality of Steel Structure, prepare inspection Report coordinating with Hitz head office.
+ Coordinate with Client, Subcontractors, Other engineering Departments,… and instruct Junior Engineers to proceed the Design Work.
+ Prepare Purchase Order Specification (P.O.S.) for Civil & Building Work, Steel Structure and issue to Subcontractors, Vendors
+ Plan the execution schedule with man power estimation in cooperation with Hitz head office.
+ Perform other related jobs as assigned

- Male, female with minimum 10 years working experience as civil & architectural engineer for industrial plant (15 years and more experience is preferred)
- Qualified Candidate: Having Construction practice certificate with first-class in Design and supervision.
- Experience in EPC.
- Experience in leading job-related team as Engineering Leader or Engineering Manager
- One who has the experience of supervising work at construction site is preferred.
- Project Management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and several years working experience in AutoCAD, 3D-CAD, Structural calculation (Tekla/Staad pro is especially preferred).
- Familiarization of Vietnamese and International Construction Standard/Code (QCVN, TCVN, TCXDVN, JIS, ASCE, AISC,…)
- Understand the Design and Construction Law of Vietnam, construction process and other related procedures for Design and Construction in Vietnam.
- Experience in joining industrial Projects in South East Asia is preferred.
- Experience in Civil & Architectural Supervisor at site such as construction management such as progress monitoring, technical coordination with erection sub-contractor, quality control, and trouble shooting
- Willing to go oversea for training and working (from 3 months to 1 year)
- Graduation of university (Civil & Architectural Engineering is preferred)
- Good command of English, Japanese is preferred.
- Good communication skills: Group discussion, work well with a team environment.
- Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and earnest
- We prefer the person has a strong sense of responsibility and have ability to lead young engineer

Working time: 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday
