We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual with experience in the Japanese service industry to join our Operations Department. We are especially looking for young Vietnamese professionals who are ready to return home from Japan to live closer to their family and loved ones. We highly value the experience gained in Japan and are eager to welcome individuals who have developed their skills in Japan but have not yet worked in Vietnam.
This role involves managing either multiple café locations in Ho Chi Minh City under the supervision of the experienced Area Manager or overseeing the operations of a new hotel under the direct supervision of the Japanese management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Area Manager/Trainer/Auditor: Oversee multiple café locations in HCMC, ensuring quality service, operational consistency, and staff training.
Hotel Manager: Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including human resources, customer relations, and property administration.
Hands-on Training: Begin your role by working directly in one of our stores to gain respect and trust from the experienced staff. This ground-level training is essential before transitioning into full management responsibilities.

Education：Any (Fresher is welcome)

Language：Bussiness level of Japanese

No. of experienced year：Minimum 1 year of service experience in Japan, providing service to Japanese customers in Japanese.（Part-time experience also acceptable）

Prior experience in established restaurant or hotel chains is highly regarded.

Preferred: Work experience only in Japan and no prior work experience in Vietnam.

Skills: Strong leadership, adaptability, and customer service skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
