CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (15%)
- Follow and increase % Shipper submit bookings in App (follow by Flexport QBR review; exclude exception cases)
- Control the number detractor comments from Shipper (follow by Flexport QBR review)
- Increase % positive feedback from shipper.
- Control the number of escalation in a month / shipment in a month (Total shipment in a month (departure month)
- Always in a state of readiness for working and keeping the polite attitude with Customers/Partner. Greet and address customers in a friendly and respectful way.
- No delay on problem solving: Corporate with relevant departments to find solutions for problems of the customer in the best way possible;
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships in order to build the best service that meet customer expectations.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments: Keep the good service quality currently client is using; Keep good relationship; Check the client's need and supporting.

OPERATION EXCELLENCE (15%)
- Increase working efficiency

- Follow Operations activities such as customer complaint, delivery status.
- Release useful idea to improve working environment, working process or encourage co-worker.
- Support line manager to guide or coaching new employees or intern (if any)
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (10%)
- Compliance with Company Regulation, policies, SOP of BU, current law.
- Motivate colleagues; build solidarity and mutual support within department as well as with other departments

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
- University graduation in Economics, Foreign Trade, Technology, Foreign language.
- Organized, process- oriented, good at English (listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing).
- Good knowledge of market situation and foreign trade
- Good communication and building relationship
- Good customer service mindset.
- Instructions, coaching, training, developing staff
- Creating professional working environment
- Creating, maintaining social and public relationship
EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding industry, has proven record, client base and leadership qualities
