Kế Toán Tổng Hợp (General Accountant)

- Prepare journal entries, maintain the completeness and accuracy of companies’ general ledger and trial balance;

- Review general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posted journal entries to comply with Vietnamese Accounting Standards;
- Ensure completeness ofaccruals and provision on monthly closing.Review all balance sheet items on monthly basis to ensure the proper aging of open items;
- To prepare financial reports as required;
- Handling all tax related reports and other taxes matters (if needed);
- Other ad hoc tasks as required to support Finance & Accounting Team (if needed);

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
- 2+ years experience in general accoutant role;
- Experience in Vietnamese Tax Regulations;
- Experience in SAP is a must;
- Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word;
- Excellent attention to details;
- Strong organizational ability and teamwork co-ordination;
- Effective corporate communications skills;
- Ability to consistently meet all deadlines and work under pressure
