• Manage and monitor customer loyalty program
• Provide technical support for issues our users encounter
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Review application log
• Extract data and generate performance report
• Bachelor Degree major IT, Digital Marketing.... At least 1 year experience in Marketing/Sales/ Customer Service.
• 2+ years experience in system management
• Associate or higher degree in a related field
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
• Good command in English is a plus
• Be able to work in Vinh Phuc
