Mô tả công việc

1. Search, develop and expand customers / markets in Europe, Australia, Dubai and other countries outside the US market. By appropriate measures: conducting transactions, creating relationships with customers, meeting face-to-face, introducing technology, products, promoting through marketing channels ...

2. Develop a Plan for customer development, sales (monthly / quarter / year) according to the assigned sales targets and organize resources for implementation.

3. Check and review the design drawings of each product / project before making a quote to the customer.

4. Negotiating prices / contracts with foreign partners in accordance with the Company's policies.

5. Deploying and monitoring the implementation progress of model room orders (Model room orders) to ensure to meet product quality and delivery schedule of customers.

6. Deploying information of products, mass production orders to related departments and actively coordinating departments to solve problems arising in the process of order fulfillment to ensure meet product quality and schedule of export customers requested.

7. Receive and process customer complaints if any, in accordance with the Company's policy.

8. Building, training and developing the sales staff under their management. In order to provide the best customer service

9. To advise the Sales Director on appropriate business development strategies in each stage and development of the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. At least 5 years of management experience in the field of export hotel and resort furniture business.

2. Knowledge of furniture products and interior accessories for hotels and resorts.

3. Know and understand import and export operations.

4. Ability to plan and organize management well, Good at analyzing and making quick and accurate plans.

5. Other soft skills: teamwork, agile, youthful, dynamic, sociable skills in the corporate environment as well as with customers / partners.

6. Graduated from university or higher with majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Foreign Economic Relations

7. English: Writing, Listening, Speaking fluently.

8. Adapt well to high work pressure.
